Many builders either told me my backyard was too sloped to install a pool or it  would be very costly.  You proved them all wrong! You used the hillside to design a unique pool full of character, charm and beauty. I am now the owner of a gorgeous and cost effective pool that I love.

We called around to several pool companies in the Sacramento area, as well as here in El Dorado County.  After listening to the boring monotone speeches of what there companies could and could not do, we spoke to El Dorado Custom Pools. 

I immediately liked there professionalism and attention to detail.  There enthusiasm and and helpfulness made the entire pool building experience very enjoyable.  The whole process went smoothly and was completed in a very timely manner.  Not only did El Dorado Custom Pools build us our pool, they also had a beautiful waterfall installed as well as jump rocks that the kids love. Just wanted to say thanks again for the great job on the pool.  As you know, we shopped around for the right company and were pleasantly surprised that you could do the job we wanted at the price you quoted.  It was nice knowing that we didn’t have to be rich to have a really nice pool!  Unlike some other work that we’ve had done in the past, our project with the pool went both quickly and well, due in no small part to the fact that you kept close tabs on the sub-contractors who performed work as part of the overall project.  We never had to worry about whether they’d show up or not, or if the work would get done at all.

 

An even greater relief has been the attention you’ve paid to making sure we’ve been happy with the pool even after the end of the project.  We’ve had at least a million questions since then, and you’ve never failed to return calls and even come back out many times to demonstrate the operation of equipment and to make sure everything was working as it should.  I want you to know that we sincerely appreciate the time, energy and commitment that you’ve dedicated to us, all to make sure that we were happy with our pool.  To say the least we are, and will happily recommend you to any of our friends who are thinking of having a pool built.
